POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) Policy

This policy explains how Erase Debt SA collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”).

Erase Debt SA only collects and processes personal information necessary for the delivery of our services, legal compliance, and legitimate business interests. Information is processed lawfully and transparently.

4. Sharing of Personal Information

- All third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors) are contractually obligated to protect your data.

- All breaches, if they occur, are reported in line with POPIA requirements.
